Shipping and Return Policy

SHIPPING POLICIES:
We strive to provide fast shipping within 72 business hours. Shipping cost is based on shipping provider options & weight. We offer free shipping on purchases of $100 or more. You will receive notification via email when your order ships with tracking information.

LOCAL PICK UP:
Local Pickup and returns are available during normal business hours. Once your item is ready, you will get an email that you can pick up your order. Local pick up orders should be available within 4 hours of order being placed (during normal business hours).  Feel free to call the store at 334-489-4014 to ensure your order is ready for pick up.
RETURN POLICY:
In-Store Pickup Items: Items have a 14-day return or exchange period with original tags and receipt. Item must be in original condition! Item can be exchanged for another item or you can receive a store credit.  We do not issue any refunds.
 Shipped: Notify us of the issue within 3 days of receiving the item. If applicable, you will be issued store credit after we receive the package with no damages and original tags intact. Items must be received by our team within 14 days of the original ship date. If it is past the 14-day mark it is considered final sale. Items purchased online must be returned at your own expense.
All shoes, jewelry, clearance items or SALE items are FINAL SALE - no refunds/exchanges.
